Our rates

We believe in fair and transparent pricing as well as offering excellent value for money - as seen bellow. 

We pride ourselves on being affordable and so constantly review our prices so that they match that of the industry standard.

Most of our jobs will be quoted at a set price but in some instances an hourly rate is more appropriate. The total charge to you will consist of the amount of time spent related to the job (labour) and materials.

We cannot guarantee the quality of materials which have been supplied by the customer however we do guarantee that which has been supplied by us and our workmanship.

For work which totals to £500 or over and upon your agreement we request 50% upfront so that we can purchase the required materials and other such costs - if however you decide to cancel the job we will refund the amount in its entirety.

Hourly rates:

We charge a callout fee ( which covers upto the first hour ) of £80 after this we charge in 30 minute increments charging £30 per 30 minutes - ( E.g 2 hours would be £140 ).

For emergency / call-out in unsociable hours ( after 6pm and weekends ) we charge 1.5x our standard hourly rates.    

Fixed rate jobs:

Boiler service: £95 - however some boilers require service kits which will be an additional charge and so will be discussed upon speaking with us.

Land lord safety check: £80
